About the role

We are looking for a hybrid Consulting Senior Manager/Director with expertise in growth consulting, loyalty, and promotions to join our team in Germany. If you are passionate about growth propositions and want to help clients innovate ways to drive demand, expand margins, and unlock new revenue streams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You will create next-generation loyalty and membership programs, develop promotion strategies, and work with top-tier engineering, digital innovation, and design teams to shape product vision. As a Director, you will play a vital role in shaping products that impact millions worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on growth propositions at the intersection of loyalty programs, promotion strategies, membership experiences, and subscription models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-focused transformation projects.
• Support account managers and sales teams with knowledge, materials, and advice to pursue opportunities.
• Assess client opportunities, respond to RFPs, create proposals, and establish relationships to help close deals.
• Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish operating models, and lead the transition from sales to delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients and partners to maximize practice growth.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in loyalty/membership, pricing/promotions, or subscription business models.
• Deep industry experience in digital and innovative technologies across sectors like Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Hospitality.
• Leadership experience or equivalent from a recognized consultancy.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Willingness to lead teams and build a scalable practice.
• Proven ability to manage client engagements and digital transformation programs.
• Business acumen, strategic skills, negotiation skills, and support for diversity.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed.
