Job Title: Content Review Specialist

This role involves maintaining a safe digital environment by reviewing user-reported content, responding to community inquiries, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting users in handling inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and timely responses.• Staying informed about platform products and updates.• Making balanced decisions based on established guidelines.• Investigating reported issues (account support, policy concerns).• Analyzing data for trends or inefficiencies in workflows.
The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills. The work-from-home location is Athens if relocating within the EU; otherwise anywhere within Greece.
