As Consolidation Manager (m / f / diverse) you are part of our new ContiTech General Accounting Team. You are responsible for the consolidation of financial data provided by consolidated units of the ContiTech Group under IFRS and the ContiTech Group policy and guidelines. With that you centrally contribute to the preparation of Consolidated Group Financial Statements for legal and management reporting.

Your responsibilities :

• Ensuring IFRS compliance of provided data and technical consolidation in the system
• Consolidation of data to prepare Consolidated Financial Statements and additional information required for legal reporting as well as technical consolidation in the systems
• Analysing the consolidation and reporting processes monthly or quarterly closing and implementing changes on processes on organizational side (legal requirements or internal improvements)
• Subject-matter expert for consolidation issues
• Support and advisory to the Financial Shared Services and Country manager
• Securing of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting for the consolidation process

Qualifications :

• University degree in Economics as well as international accounting certificate (Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA))
• Profound professional experience in accounting functions
• Professional experience in consolidation
• Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken) German language skills preferred
• Intercultural sensitivity and very good cross-culture communication and understanding
