For our small team in Darmstadt, Germany's City of Science, we are looking for you as Contract Manager 80 - 100% (w, m, d). Your role reporting to the General Manager / Legal Director based in Germany, you will serve as the interface between Management, Finance, Sales, Project Management, Compliance, clients and suppliers all over the globe.

Your role will include the following: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts of all kinds in accordance with the applicable legal framework in the various countries; overseeing the contractual execution of large, complex projects; ensuring that the company adheres to terms and conditions, finding and negotiating any contractual problems and managing relationships with relevant customers or sub-contractors; providing competent support in all aspects of the business transaction; liabilities, counterparty management, export‑ and insurance‑related issues, letter of credit and payment terms.

Your profile: University degree in law or an equivalent field; strong communication skills in English and German are essential; expertise in the reviewing of English and German language contracts.

Experience in international commercial contracting is helpful, but not essential. A high level of attention to detail, balancing perfectionism with speed; ability to work both autonomously and interactively and demonstrate service focus and a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness; a can‑do mentality and a pragmatic attitude, enabling you to easily adapt to a cross‑cultural and energetic business environment.
