Your mission

As a contract manager, you will work as a member of the Legal and Contracts Department and be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and overseeing commercial contracts related to Sungrow’s projects, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Support the contracts function in PV and ESS Business Units in Germany and other regions.
• Review, draft, qualify, and negotiate various contractual documents including framework agreements, sales contracts, GTCs, purchase agreements, confidentiality, and NDAs.
• Identify risks and deviations from contracting principles, obtaining senior management approval when necessary.
• Prepare and negotiate contractual terms with clients.
• Summarize contractual obligations, risks, and objectives for project teams.
• Negotiate and resolve contractual and financial disputes, advising Commercial managers.
• Maintain compliance with Sungrow’s policies and procedures.

Your profile

Ideal candidates should have:

• A degree in Law or relevant Business qualification.
• Experience in PV, Energy Storage, or Construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of Contract Law and drafting skills.
• Experience in a Contracts or Legal department.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1 level), Chinese is a plus.
• Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
