Contract Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Contract Manager for Lahmeyer International GmbH in Bad Vilbel, Germany or at project offices worldwide.
What you can achieve with us
- Responsible for the preparation and compilation of tender documents for hydropower and dam projects, based on the FIDIC suite and lead related contract negotiations.
- Support and manage interdisciplinary teams at site in all contractual aspects (contract management, variation orders or disputes) as Owner’s engineer.
- Project management in the planning of hydropower plants and control of interdisciplinary engineering teams.
- Check and analyse construction schedules and cost claims to their legitimation.
- Participate in the preparation of technical offers for engineering services, support in contract negotiations.
- Occasional travel within the framework of projects and tenders.
What convinces us
- Completed civil engineering studies with focus on construction management or contract management.
- 5 to 10 years of related professional experience, ideally including several years abroad.
- Experience with FIDIC contracts.
- Initial experience in the field of BIM would be desirable.
- Project experience in international and German-speaking countries.
- German and English language skills at business level, additional foreign languages would be an advantage.
