Contracts Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for our client, a leading European Engineering and Construction company.

The Contracts Manager, working closely with the senior management team, will have in-depth knowledge of the semi-conductor industry with a specific focus on manufacture. The CM will be considered a subject matter expert in semi-conductor manufacture . The role will focus on the greater German area, covering Life Science sectors, with experience in this sector considered an advantage. The Contracts Manager will report to the Project Director responsible for the sector.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Germany when needed.
• At least 10 years of experience in the industrial construction sector.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced technology (semi-conductor manufacture) and considered a Subject Matter Expert.
• Experience working with top-tier semiconductor manufacturers.
• Experience in the life science sector is an advantage.
• At least 5 years in a senior role within a top-tier contractor or construction management team.
• Ability to manage large, complex teams, overseeing all aspects including HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality), schedule, cost, and project controls.
• Extensive knowledge of the client and supply chain base within Germany.
• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
