What you’ll be doing: • Take ownership of holistic, value-oriented management of business units, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and performance control.• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in close collaboration with the accounting team.• Analyse business results, prepare management reports, and provide recommendations for action.• Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning processes.• Enhance existing controlling tools and processes, driving continuous improvement.• Lead and deliver special finance-related projects in coordination with management. What you bring: • You are a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional ready to grow in a dynamic environment:• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable field with a focus on Controlling and Finance.• Initial experience in controlling or financial analysis, ideally in a fast-paced or international setting.• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate data into insights.• Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with tools such as SAP Business One or Lucanet.• Structured, hands-on working style with curiosity and openness to new challenges.• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.• Fluent in German and English.
