We are looking for a Controller (m/w/d) with a focus on corporate steering and reporting for a reputable client in the healthcare sector in Frankfurt am Main.

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to the creation of regular reports, business plan, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare and actively follow up on budget negotiations with payers.
• Independently perform legally required data deliveries and generate ad‑hoc analyses.
• Drive the development of a modern group reporting system for corporate steering.
• Support interdisciplinary projects and contribute analytical expertise.

Qualifications:

• Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Health Economics/Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Preferably experience as a hospital controller, finance controller, or health controller, or strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP (FI, CO), KIS solutions (e.g., Orbis), and BI tools is desirable.
• Self‑stated independence, structured work style, and strong teamwork skills.
