About the Role

As our Controller in Transfer Pricing, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing our transfer pricing policies and procedures. You will support the team with financial calculations and data analytics technology. Beyond that, you will work closely with our existing team analyzing intercompany transactions, assessing transfer pricing risks, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on transfer pricing matters, including tax, legal, finance, and operations. Previous experience of transfer pricing is not a requirement.

This role can be in our Heidelberg office on a hybrid working model.

Role Responsibilities:

• Calculate service fees and other charges
• Initiate and execute intercompany billing for all group entities
• Regular review of existing models and allocation keys in line with business changes
• Ensure documentation of TP transactions
• Maintaining the TP manual
• Analytical review of TP calculations and results
• Support and provide guidance to stakeholders, e.g. Tax and Financial Reporting, in particular in relation to calculations performed
• Internal dashboard reporting
• Support with improvement of current processes
• Support other tasks or projects within the Financial Accounting Services team (e.g. revenue allocations)

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Business Management or related subject
• Experience of working in an international environment
• Experience of working with external audit partners would be an advantage
• Strong skills in Excel and Access; overall technology and data knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player with high integrity and excellent collaboration skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Well organized, highly motivated, flexible and able to work independently
