Your daily business

• Supporting and processing group and event inquiries
• Assisting with the handling of conferences and group bookings
• Collaborating with hotel management and passing on all booking details
• Providing service-oriented support to guests before, during, and after the event
• Assisting with requests, complaints, and suggestions

Our Expectation

Initial professional experience in the hotel industry, e.g., front office or reservations

Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Very good German and English skills

High level of self-motivation, ability to work in a team, and negotiating skills
