COO & Co-Founder (m/f/d)

In cooperation with the CEO of a SaaS start-up in Bremen, I am looking for you as COO and Co-Founder (m/f/d).

With innovative strength and a wealth of ideas, our partner has created a digital platform for restaurateurs that helps restaurants reduce costs and regain their freedom and control over orders and customer relationships.

In your role as COO , you will be part of the executive management and assume overall responsibility for product, technology, and delivery. You will further develop the strategy, shape technological scaling, and form a product-oriented, data-driven organization focused on efficiency, quality, and user centricity.

• You will lead and develop the (in-house) team (15+ employees) and ensure that product, tech, and business work together efficiently, collaboratively, and in a solution-oriented manner
• With an entrepreneurial mindset, you will oversee the development of new product features, reorganize day-to-day business with binding standards, and introduce KPIs and OKRs to measure and visualize performance
• You will develop the corporate strategy and design the underlying roadmap, including product scaling and the evaluation of new trends in terms of utility and ROI
• You have a holistic, economic view of IT operations, development, product and purpose, business strategy, the market, and your customers; driving all of this forward together with your team is what motivates you every day

Your profile

That's you

• You are passionate about tech products in the SaaS environment, where you have already gained experience as a COO/CTO/CPO or in a similar role
• Have you ever founded a company yourself or been part of a start-up from the beginning? That's a big plus
• You enjoy leading and developing tech teams, and you can contribute ideas, coach, motivate, and challenge others in the areas of tech and operations
• You like to take responsibility, ask the critical questions, can and want to help shape things, have ideas that advance us and our products, but are also not afraid to make decisions
• English and German are part of your daily business, and you are willing to work with us in Bremen
