* support the entire People and Culture team with empathy and a strong sense of ownership, focusing on our teams in the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands: From onboarding and offboarding to contract creation and preparatory payroll tasks, you keep everything running smoothly
* make sure our team members feel welcome and well-equipped from day one: You create a seamless and positive employee experience, taking care of employment contracts and system access
* maintain a clear overview of our HR systems such as Personio, Gastromatic & Co, while ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date
* take care of contract changes, references, certificates, birthdays, anniversaries, and all the details that show genuine appreciation for our people
* bring your organizational skills to onboarding sessions, presentations, and reporting, both digital or on site
* act as a trusted, authentic point of contact for team members in your area of responsibility, always with an open ear and a hands-on mindset.
* support creative projects and hotel openings and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools and workflows.
* step in for your team when needed and show true all-rounder qualities when it matters.
We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:
* first experience from a comparable role in generalist HR-role within the hospitality industry and are ready to take the next step
* highly organized and take a proactive, empathetic approach to supporting the team members you're responsible for
* a warm and approachable personality and communicate clearly and confidently in every interaction
* are enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated to take ownership, standing out with a high level of initiative
* excited about challenging the status quo, exploring new ways of working, and acting in a solution oriented and reliable manner
* perceived as a trustworthy and valued partner and care deeply about people
* Speak fluent English and have a good command of German - additional languages, especially Dutch, are a plus
