What You’ll Do

• Write and develop bilingual copy (English & German) for CRM campaigns, email journeys, websites, landing pages, and multi-channel marketing activations.
• Craft culturally relevant and brand-consistent messaging — not just translations, but native-feeling content in both languages.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Art Directors, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and CRM Managers to ensure seamless integration of copy and design.
• Create and refine personalized, conversion-driven content such as subject lines, CTAs, push notifications, scripts, and microcopy.
• Present and advocate for creative concepts and messaging strategies to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Champion innovation in automation, personalization, and data-driven storytelling.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter in digital, CRM, or web environments — either in an agency or in-house.
• Fluent and creative writing skills in both English and German — native-level in one language, excellent command of the other.
• Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking , with the ability to adapt voice and tone across different platforms and audiences.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills , confident in bilingual client and team interactions.
• Understanding of digital customer journeys , with hands-on experience in SEO, analytics, and CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign.
• Passion for digital innovation , including UX writing, personalization, AI in copywriting, and omni-channel storytelling.
