CORPORATE BUSINESS SUPPORT & PROCESS SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

Your Mission

As the central interface in Business Support, you ensure that our internal processes not only function reliably, but also become continuously smarter and more efficient. You ensure that high-quality, decision-relevant information is available quickly and transparently—thus making a direct contribution to sound management decisions and the success of cryptovision and Digital ID.

Your Role

Your role involves the consistent implementation and continual development of internal business support processes. You will ensure that all relevant information is provided to the company management and the group in a reliable, timely, and high-quality manner so that informed decisions and efficient corporate management are possible. In doing so, you will contribute in particular to rapid decision-making in the area of business support and have a significant influence on the sales and corporate success of cryp-tovision and Digital ID.
Other aspects of your role include:

Business support & process optimization : Maintenance, optimization, and standardization of business tools and processes in line with group-wide guidelines.

Operational and strategic business support : Support for company management through planning, monitoring, and documentation of management decision-making formats, analyses, forecasts, and regular management reports, enabling transparent control and management of the company.

Interface function to the company group : Close cooperation with central company departments to implement requirements and support common company and sales targets.

Quality assurance and process documentation : Implementation of appropriate quality assurance measures to optimize business processes, derive best practices, and maximize company and sales success.

Your Profile

You have initial experience in operational and strategic business support and have good organizational skills. A degree in business administration, management, business informatics, business psychology, or a comparable field of study is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
In addition, the following points round out your profile:

• Business management foundation: Strong understanding of business management contexts, particularly reporting, controlling, and process management
• Structure and reliability : High attention to detail, reliability, and structured approach to work
• Strong communication skills : Ability to clearly present complex issues and communicate them in a manner appropriate to the audience
• Solution-oriented: Proactive, solution-oriented approach to work and willingness to continuously internal processes
• Team-oriented : Team-oriented personality with a high level of service orientation towards internal stakeholders and the Group
