About Our Client Our client is a well-established PE-backed Buy&Build company in the healthcare sector growing both organically and through targeted acquisitions. They are pursuing an ambitious growth strategy in the area of intensive care. To strengthen their M&A team, they are therefore looking for a Manager of Corporate Development / Mergers & Acquisitions to join their team in Frankfurt, who will support the Head of M&A in the identification, analysis, and implementation of transactions. What the job involves Support in the preparation and execution of M&A transactionsPreparation and analysis of information on potential target companiesCreation of short profiles and decision templates for management and other stakeholdersCompany valuation and development of indicative offersSupporting contract negotiationsOrganizing and supporting due diligence processesProject management, including coordination of all due diligence streamsProcessing and tracking information request lists, as well as setting up and updating data roomsActing as an interface between internal departments and external consultantsFinancial analysis and modelingCreation of financial models in ExcelAnalysis of historical financial data and current trading of target companiesCreation of forecasts, planning calculations, benchmarking, scenario and KPI analysesMarket and competition analysesEvaluation of the competitive environment in defined regionsSupport in identifying and approaching new potential target companies Who we are looking for Successfully completed degree in economics or a comparable field of studyMultiple years of professional full-time experience in the areas of M&A, corporate finance, management consulting, or a related functionExcellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of numbersConfident use of MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of financial modeling is an advantageStructured, independent way of working and a high degree of initiativeStrong team spirit and confident communication skillsFluent German and English You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
