Aufgaben

Support United Internet’s Group and brands in corporate governance tasks, including shareholder decisions, statutes and account procedures.
Prepare and support Board, Management and Shareholder meetings and draft minutes.
Provide counsel to business units on German Corporate Governance Code, corporate governance declarations and audit board reports.
Manage housekeeping of group companies (e.g., journalistic documentation of company acts).

Profil

Completed degree in law or business law with experience in a commercial law firm or a corporate legal department.
Deep knowledge of corporate governance; experience in corporate law is an advantage.
Ability to explain complex issues clearly.
Strong resilience, reliability and solution-oriented teamwork.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
