About this Position

As HR Integration Manager, you are a key member of the HAT Corporate HRBP team, supporting complex M&A integrations across regions. • Develop and execute integration communication materials including presentations, FAQs, cascades, and leadership briefings
  • Coordinate organizational design and Day‑1 readiness activities in close collaboration with Corporate HRBP, local HR, and business leaders
  • Support organizational design, talent assessments, and harmonization efforts through structured analysis and clear recommendations
  • Track and coordinate HR transactional activities such as contracts, payroll, and HRIS updates to ensure operational accuracy
  • Apply integration playbooks, monitor KPIs, and proactively identify risks and issues
  • Facilitate HR governance routines and act as the central coordination point for integration topics, escalating strategic matters as needed

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business, or a related field, combined with at least 5 years of experience in HR, project management, and proven experience in M&A or large‑scale transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage complex, international projects with a structured, solution‑oriented mindset and high ownership, and fluency in English as a working language
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to create clear, compelling narratives for senior leaders
  • Sound understanding of HR governance, organizational design, and cultural integration in global environments
  • High motivation to work at the center of business transformation, with high visibility, cross‑functional exposure, and continuous learning in M&A and change management
  • Fluent English skills
