About this Position
As HR Integration Manager, you are a key member of the HAT Corporate HRBP team, supporting complex M&A integrations across regions. You combine strategic exposure with hands‑on execution and play a central role in organizational alignment, leadership coordination, and employee transitions during critical phases of change. Working closely with Corporate HRBPs, local HR teams, and key stakeholders, you drive HR integration activities in line with corporate strategy and global HR governance.
What you’ll do
- Translate the business integration strategy in partnership with the Corporate HRBP into a structured HR integration plan with clear milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Drive stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment, enabling informed HRBP decision‑making and consistent global messaging
- Develop and execute integration communication materials including presentations, FAQs, cascades, and leadership briefings
- Coordinate organizational design and Day‑1 readiness activities in close collaboration with Corporate HRBP, local HR, and business leaders
- Support organizational design, talent assessments, and harmonization efforts through structured analysis and clear recommendations
- Track and coordinate HR transactional activities such as contracts, payroll, and HRIS updates to ensure operational accuracy
- Apply integration playbooks, monitor KPIs, and proactively identify risks and issues
- Facilitate HR governance routines and act as the central coordination point for integration topics, escalating strategic matters as needed
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business, or a related field, combined with at least 5 years of experience in HR, project management, and proven experience in M&A or large‑scale transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to manage complex, international projects with a structured, solution‑oriented mindset and high ownership, and fluency in English as a working language
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to create clear, compelling narratives for senior leaders
- Sound understanding of HR governance, organizational design, and cultural integration in global environments
- High motivation to work at the center of business transformation, with high visibility, cross‑functional exposure, and continuous learning in M&A and change management
- Fluent English skills
The position is preferably based in Duesseldorf, but other locations in Europe are also possible.
