Your Responsibilities

• Act as an in‑house legal advisor for all departments in Germany and international subsidiaries.
• Provide legal support for new development initiatives, IT/digitalization projects, and global customer contracts.
• Analyze complex legal issues and prepare practical, solution‑oriented recommendations for management.
• Monitor legislative changes, conduct risk assessments, and evaluate their operational impact.
• Serve as a go‑to point of contact for employees, raising awareness of legal and compliance topics.
• Draft, review, and negotiate national and international contracts.
• Standardize contract processes across the wider group and contribute to the creation of contract templates, T&Cs, and usage policies.
• Support the ongoing development and optimization of the contract management system.
• Assist with internal policies, processes, and implementation of new standards.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Law or Business Law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in international law and working with global teams.
• High level of ownership, communication skills, and professionalism.
• Enjoys working hand‑in‑hand with different departments and cultures.
• Practical, solution‑driven approach and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
