We are looking for a Sales Recruiter who excels at identifying and engaging exceptional talent to join this critical team. In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting OTC FLOW’s growth by ensuring we attract and hire the best sales traders and brokers to meet our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Leverage a variety of talent sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, social media, job boards, events, and advanced Boolean search, to identify and attract top tier sales talent.
- Buildandmaintainastrongcandidatepipelineforbothimmediateandfuturehiringneeds.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting pre screening calls, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Ensureapositivecandidateexperiencefromtheinitialcontactthroughtojoboffernegotiation.
- Provide stakeholders with reliable insights into talent markets and salary benchmarks, maintain proactive and effective communication with hiring managers.

Ouridealcandidate
- 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, dedicated to hiring for sales & business development roles in non tech industries (e.g., sales traders, sales reps, brokers, business developers, sales specialists).
- ExperiencerecruitingintheDACHmarketandnative fluency in Germanwith an excellent command of English.
- Strongunderstandingofsalesrolesandtheabilitytoeffectivelyevaluatecandidates’salescapabilities.
- IndepthknowledgeofCVsourcingbeyondLinkedIn.
- Abilitytothriveinafastpacedenvironment,withflexibilitytoadjusttochangingprioritiesandstrategies.
- Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytobuildrelationshipsatalllevels.
