- A subject‑specific university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in security management or a comparable field, ideally complemented by additional security‑related qualifications, and a strong, holistic understanding of corporate security.
- Relevant professional experience in Corporate Security, with strong expertise in physical security, risk and crisis management, and security‑related investigations.
- Experience in conducting risk and threat assessments and security audits, including the documentation, implementation, and follow‑up of mitigation measures.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external authorities, security organizations, and service providers in an English‑speaking environment.
- Analytical and structured working style, able to document, prepare, and communicate security‑relevant matters in German and English.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation of the Corporate Security strategy across German sites and ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and legal requirements.
- Advising internal stakeholders on all security‑related matters and conducting further risk and threat assessments, including cooperation with relevant authorities.
- Managing and overseeing security service providers, conducting audits and assessments, and implementing defined security standards and measures.
- Leading and supporting site‑specific security projects and maintaining and further developing site‑specific security documentation.
- Conducting security‑related investigations, supporting incident and crisis management, and developing and delivering security awareness and training initiatives.
What else you should know:
We would like to fill the position starting on September 1, 2026. You will need to travel 25–50% of the time, which may be necessary in exceptional cases. The official workplace is the HQ in Berlin, and a presence of at least three days per week on site is expected. The interview will be conducted partly in English.
