You’ll work closely with senior leadership and be part of a corporate strategy team operating at the center of Amer Sports Inc.—a New York–listed company with iconic brands and a strong global footprint. Location: Hybrid, Garching near Munich

What You Will Be Doing

Lead market intelligence efforts by analysing industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to support decision making process
Drive brand performance management by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators, assessing business unit results, and recommending actions to enhance business performance
Support M&A initiatives through target identification, financial and strategic assessment, and integration planning.
Contribute to long‑term strategic planning (LTSP) by providing forward‑looking analyses, scenario modeling, and recommendations on critical growth initiatives.
Develop executive‑ready reports and dashboards that enhance performance transparency and enable fact‑based decision‑making at the leadership level.
Deliver clear strategic recommendations by synthesizing complex data and insights into actionable business cases and presentations for leadership discussions.

What You Need To Succeed

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field.
2+ years of prior professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a related function.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to generate insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Highly proactive, results‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Strong English communication skills required, both spoken and written.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP Analysis for Office and Bloomberg Terminal is a plus.
Self‑directed and innovative mindset.
Eagerness to take ownership of projects and responsibilities, driving personal and professional growth.
Experience working in diverse, international settings or with global teams.
