You’ll work closely with senior leadership and be part of a corporate strategy team operating at the center of Amer Sports Inc.—a New York–listed company with iconic brands and a strong global footprint. What You Will Be Doing

• Lead market intelligence efforts by analysing industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to support decision making process
• Drive brand performance management by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators, assessing business unit results, and recommending actions to enhance business performance
• Assess business development and strategic alliance opportunities including partner identification and assessment.
• Contribute to long‑term strategic planning (LTSP) by providing forward‑looking analyses, scenario modeling, and recommendations on critical growth initiatives.
• Develop executive‑ready reports and dashboards that enhance performance transparency and enable fact‑based decision‑making at the leadership level.
• Deliver clear strategic recommendations by synthesizing complex data and insights into actionable business cases and presentations for leadership discussions.

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field.
• 2+ years of prior professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a related function.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to generate insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Highly proactive, results‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong English communication skills required, both spoken and written.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP Analysis for Office and Bloomberg Terminal is a plus.
• Self‑directed and innovative mindset.
• Eagerness to take ownership of projects and responsibilities, driving personal and professional growth.
• Experience working in diverse, international settings or with global teams.
