We are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our growing team.

Your Tasks

• Lead end-to-end product development projects from concept and brief to formulation, testing, and production.

• Collaborate with suppliers on formulation and packaging development.

• Design, organize, and interpret efficacy studies for cosmetic products.

• Work closely with design, marketing, and brand teams to bring innovative and customer-loved products to market.

• Travel occasionally to meet suppliers and approve formulas and packaging on-site.

Your Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in cosmetic product development, ideally in skincare or fast-growing startups.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Applied Chemistry, or related field.

• Experience with packaging development is a plus.

• Passionate about the beauty industry and familiar with key brands, products, influencers, and trends.

• Basic understanding of global cosmetic regulations.
