We are looking for a Cost Controller who is a strong and enthusiastic addition to our exciting, dynamic and international team; capable of working independently and collectively in an environment that offers creative freedom.

What You’ll Do

• Propose and build cost controlling strategies from the bottom up, embrace the “blank sheet” concept with regard cost management and control
• Build visualisation reporting and analysis – improve efficiency and presentation of data retrieved from internal systems
• Sharply and accurately identify cost risks and opportunities; and drive alignment around operational and financial actions to either minimise or mitigate risks
• Achieve real time monthly closing without compromising high quality and highly accurate financials – including accruals, cost centre and cost unit accounting
• Variance analysis of performance, and preparation of management reports
• Consider accounting standards and internal group requirements across multiple entities
• Support the wider Finance team, taking on individual areas of responsibility

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant professional cost controlling or auditing experience
• Academic degree in Finance/Business Administration, Professional Qualification, or comparable experience
• Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks whilst under pressure, with a hands‑on mentality
• Enjoy solving advanced Excel modelling challenges and have experience in P&L and project management
• Strong business acumen and a strong understanding of end‑to‑end processes
• Proficiency in Excel is a must, with skills in BI, ERP systems and SQL a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English, German a plus
