Your Role

• You are looking for a proactive Country Manager France (all genders) to drive the growth of our e-commerce business in one of our key markets. In this role, you’ll take ownership of performance across our new markets, from KPI analysis and P&L / budget management to planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead market-specific projects, optimize our local presence, and ensure that our marketing activities truly resonate with your market.
• You are responsible for the KPI-based country analysis, the target / actual comparison and the actions to be taken for our new European e-commerce stores
• In this context, you will take ownership of the P&L and the budget for at least two of these markets
• With your e-commerce expertise, you develop targeted marketing activities and campaigns in collaboration with our Campaign and Commercial teams
• You act as a project manager by collaborating with internal stakeholders from different teams to continue developing our e-commerce stores and to achieve the countries\' goals
• You will drive internal initiatives to optimize your market performance, document the project status and define clear goals

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a good grasp of P&L, key performance metrics, and how to turn insights into practical actions
• Native-level understanding of one of our focus markets: UK, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Romania, or Hungary, including local consumer habits, and the overall market landscape
• A strong sense of cultural awareness for your market, helping you shape campaigns and communication in a way that truly fits the local audience
• Fluent English (business level); German is a plus but not essential
• Confident analytical skills, you can spot trends, explain changes in performance, and suggest what to do next
• Clear and confident communication skills, and the ability to work well with different teams and stakeholders
• Nice to have: experience with Tableau, advanced Excel, or similar tools to help interpret and visualize data

€50,000 - €65,000 a year. For this position, our salary band goes from 50,000 EUR to 65,000 EUR. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
