Country Manager France (all genders) - Fixed-term (contract) for 1.5–2 years

We’re looking for someone who truly knows the French market , thinks strategically, and is eager to drive KRUU’s growth in France. Tasks

• Market Analysis : Keep abreast of market trends within France, particularly in the wedding industry and photobooth sector. Use insights to adapt marketing strategies and offerings, ensuring KRUU remains a leading choice for customers.
• CRM / Email Marketing : Develop, plan, evaluate and optimize our most important marketing channel independently and in close coordination with the marketing team lead.
• Website Optimization : Take charge of optimizing the French website for better user experience and higher conversion rates, ensuring that the site resonates with the local audience’s preferences and trends.
• Advertising Campaigns : Collaborate with the performance marketing team to craft and execute highly effective advertising campaigns, tailored specifically for the nuances of the French market.
• Partner Management : Engage in proactive outreach, negotiation, and relationship building with key affiliate partners and influencers in the French market, expanding KRUU's reach and influence.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals, ensuring a unified and effective marketing approach.
• Competitor Monitoring : Track their marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and newsletter strategies, gaining critical insights to keep KRUU ahead in the game.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience in an online marketing role, preferably in France.

• In-depth knowledge of the French market and business culture
• Deep understanding of online marketing best practices
• Very good skills in both French and English, German skills welcome
• You are very communicative and conscientious
• You have an affinity for numbers and can use them well to derive decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
