The role

We are looking for a Country Manager - Germany who will be part of building and running our commercial operations in Germany.

This is what you will do:

  • Drive and own the German business activities end-to-end by driving all workstreams and serving as the primary go-to person for the market— internally and with external partners.
  • You lead performance by advocating for your market’s needs and confidently translating insights into action.
  • Execute the growth and expansion plan , ensuring all key milestones and deliverables for the market are achieved.
  • Lead and develop a high performing Zeekr Germany team.
  • Own the strategy. Drive the market. Report progress and risks clearly, consistently, and with impact.
  • Set up and coordinate the service partner network , ensuring agreements, processes, and training are in place.
  • Support B2B sales activities in collaboration with the central B2B team (focus on fleets and early adopters).
  • Manage external stakeholders (service providers, logistics partners, agencies) to ensure on‑time delivery of commitments.
  • Identify and remove roadblocks to keep launch activities on track.
  • Coordinate aftersales readiness by being the focal point for queries and ensuring information flows between service partners and the central aftersales team.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

  • Hands‑on experience and proven track record in establishing market entries and brand launches in the automotive sector.
  • Solid understanding of different automotive sales channels (fleet, retail, digital).
  • Strong operational focus: ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
  • Experience leading and developing a high performing team.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset and commitment to ensuring a smooth customer experience from day one.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to keep things moving under pressure.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions and cultures.
  • Fluent in German; strong English skills required.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • A business‑related degree is a plus, but not required—experience and executional drive matter most.
