• Lead and inspire a team of Key Account Managers to exceed revenue and market share targets.
• Ensure successful market access and tender management processes.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and policy changes to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and execute a robust local commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives and regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee product lifecycle management—from launch planning and pricing to promotional execution
• Report directly to the Country Manager on commercial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Uphold the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 3+ years in a sales or commercial leadership role.
• Deep understanding of the local healthcare system, regulatory landscape, and market access strategies.
• Proven success in launching and managing pharmaceutical products.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
