Country Sales Manager (Europe)

About the Role

As a Country Sales Manager at xTool, you will drive national sales strategy within your assigned European country, focusing on four core channels: tools (e.g., Leroy Merlin) , major 3C electronics (e.g., MediaMarkt, Fnac) , contact in crafts/hobbyist creators in a plus . You will expand Xtool’s market presence by leveraging partnerships with specialty retailers, DIY communities, and artisan networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • National Channel Strategy
    • Develop and execute country-specific sales plans for tool chains , 3C retailers , and crafts/hobbyist distributors .
    • Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, tailoring approaches for DIY communities (e.g., workshop suppliers) and artisan markets.
  • Key Account Management
    • Lead relationships with national accounts in strategic channels, ensuring product visibility and sales growth.
    • Negotiate contracts and collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize in-store and online performance.
  • New Business Development
    • Prospect and onboard distributors/resellers specializing in DIY tools, maker materials, or handicraft supplies.
    • Design channel programs to address unique needs of Maker/craft segments, driving engagement and sell‑through.
  • Cross-functional Leadership
    • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align strategies with local DIY/Maker trends.
    • Represent Xtool at trade fairs, maker expos, and craft industry events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years in national sales, with experience in tools , 3C electronics . Contact in crafts/hobbyist channels is a plus .
  • Strong understanding of local DIY/Maker community dynamics and distributor landscapes.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
