Babyliss is seeking a motivated, strategic, and hands-on Country Sales Manager Germany to lead the sales agenda for the German market. The position reports directly to the Managing Director Germany, Austria and Benelux.
The role includes full responsibility for the German sales organization, encompassing Key Account Management, Field Sales and local online marketing. A central focus of the position is the further expansion of the company’s online and omnichannel performance while simultaneously strengthening the offline sales structure and improving commercial processes such as forecasting, delivery reliability, and sales execution.
This role is critical in shaping the future of Babyliss in Germany and supports major retailers across e-commerce, consumer electronics, drugstores, fashion and beauty e-tailers, and omnichannel partners.
