Roles and responsibilities
Report into the EMEA Embedded Channel Sales Director
Build and execute a strategy to develop the x86 Embedded business EMEA Channel
Identify and develop new accounts – chip down or ODM business
Work with AMD Channel sales team and Distribution partners to develop the x86 embedded revenue and opportunity pipeline
Work with ODM partners
Relationship building and opportunity reviews
Facilitate the relationship between ODMs and distribution partners
Feedback gaps in platforms portfolio
Work with AMD Embedded Segment leads and BU (Understand the x86 product portfolio and roadmap, Support the global ODM strategy, Report products and ODM platforms gaps)
Drive x86 events (AMD supported events or partner events (ODM, Distribution)) and regional trainings
Skills
Min 5 years of experience in developing x86 embedded business in EMEA
Good experience in developing business with x86 ODM partners
Good communication and teamwork skills
English fluent, German is a plus
Travels – min 50%
