Overview
My client, a leading provider of innovative software solutions for mechanical engineering systems, is on the lookout for a talented C++ Developer to join their forward-thinking development team. You'll play a crucial role in building and enhancing advanced software products used in automation systems across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software using C++20 and the Qt framework.
• Translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
• Collaborating with project managers, technical leads, and external partners to meet delivery goals.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimising code for better performance and scalability.
• Delivering high-quality software on time, in line with best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred, not essential).
• 3+ years of hands-on C++ development experience for mid-level roles; 5+ years for senior positions.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design principles, and design patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
