Highsnobiety is looking for a Creative to join our Berlin team. As a part of our advertising team, you’ll develop culture-led content marketing ideas for brands across social, video, and photography, turning briefs into standout creative solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Concept and pitch content marketing ideas for brand partners
• Build and present creative decks internally
• Collaborate with sales, creative, and production teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns
• Support production to ensure creative ideas are executed at a high standard

What You Bring

• 3–4 years of professional experience in a creative role
• Strong conceptual and copywriting skills with a passion for storytelling
• Deep understanding of digital media and content distribution
• Sharp cultural awareness across fashion, music, and youth culture
• A collaborative mindset and can‑do attitude
