G2 Esports is looking for a Creative BD Strategist (m/f/d) to join our commercial team. This is a full time opportunity based in Berlin or remote (EU) who will directly report to our Global Head of Partnerships & Strategic Planning.

Responsibilities

• Create high-impact presentation decks with clear storytelling, sharp visuals, and total 'wow' factor that help our Business Development team shine
• Own complex project workflows, from pitch prep to campaign delivery, keeping everything on track and managing stakeholders effectively
• Drive creative ideation and shape campaigns based on partner objectives and go-to-market strategies
• Turn client briefs and pitches into smart strategies and actionable concepts that excite partners and deliver results
• Conduct initial strategy sessions with new partners and oversee the transition between the business development team and the partnerships team'
• Bridge Marketing and Commercial teams to align strategies and share key insights

Requirements

• Creative mastermind: You are able to read, interpret, and turn briefs into brand led smart & actionable strategies
• People person, outstanding communicator and a strong relationship builder internally and externally
• Project management pro: Run complex workflows, juggle approvals, and keep everything on track without breaking a sweat
• PowerPoint / Google Slides wizard: You can turn any idea into a deck that wows
• Deep understanding of esports & gaming culture and audience dynamics
• Motivated team player, proactive, solutions-oriented, and ready to step up wherever needed
