We’re hiring a Creative Community Relationship Manager to lead community-building efforts across the UK and Germany for a global leader in creative innovation. This company powers the world’s most iconic design, photo, video, and content creation software. From aspiring artists to industry professionals, their tools are at the heart of modern creativity.

What You'll Do

• Champion the Community – Build and nurture relationships with creatives across the UK and Germany. You’ll be their advocate, trusted partner, and go-to for collaboration.
• Lead Local Events – Plan and host inspiring meetups (up to 50 attendees) and larger community events (200+ attendees), both online and in-person.
• Amplify Creative Voices – Recruit and support content creators who lead by example, creating educational and inspiring content with the company’s tools.
• Bridge the Gap – Share feedback and insights from creatives with internal teams across product, marketing, and leadership to ensure their voices are heard and their needs met.
• Create & Curate – Develop resources, toolkits, and campaigns that help creatives master design tools and stay inspired.
• Empower Leaders – Coordinate feedback sessions, NDA discussions, and community summits that build strong, two‑way relationships.
• Collaborate Globally – Work cross‑functionally with marketing, product, social, and global community teams to align your efforts with wider goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Creative Community Expertise – 5+ years of experience engaging with creative communities in Europe, especially within the UK and German regions.
• Adobe Proficiency – Over 10 years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
• Event Mastery – Proven experience organizing meetups and events for creative professionals.
• Cultural Fluency – Deep understanding of UK and German creative culture, audience behavior, and trends—ideally based on personal or professional experience.
• Languages – Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written); French is a bonus.
• Natural Connector – Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; people trust you, open up to you, and follow your lead.
• Self‑Starter – Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across teams and time zones.
• Digital Native – Experience with online communities, forums, and social media in the creative space. You know where creatives gather—and how to be a meaningful part of the conversation.
