You have at least five years of professional experience as a copywriter or concept developer and have worked on large accounts at well-known agencies.

You are full of curiosity, at home in the digital world, have extensive knowledge of creative campaigns, social media channels, and innovative advertising, and understand what motivates people.

You have a sense of humor and a strong feel for language. You can also switch seamlessly between very different brand tones and always find the right words.

You are a strong conceptual thinker and develop campaign concepts, slogans, or online videos, but you're also comfortable writing copy for banners and paid social ads.

Your portfolio includes a wide variety of projects such as digital campaigns, commercials, content marketing projects, and social media initiatives. It includes strong headlines, creatively outstanding highlights, and should reflect not only your work but also your personality and the direction you want to take.

You don't settle for the first idea.

You have excellent writing skills, a strong sense of style, and impeccable spelling.

You understand visual storytelling, platform mechanics, and current trends.

AI tools fascinate you - from copy and/or process optimization to prompting and developing ideas that wouldn't be possible without AI.

You are fluent in German, both written and spoken, and proficient in English.

You are comfortable presenting and inspire with an authentic, clear, yet approachable manner.

You are a team player, open to discussion, flexible, and dedicated.

Humor and enjoyment of your work are essential to you - as is a positive, relaxed work environment.
