Creative Producer

As a Creative Producer, you’ll be at the heart of our content creation process—transforming bold ideas into engaging, high-quality content that resonates with diverse international audiences. You’ll bridge the gap between creative vision and execution, guiding teams, shaping strategies, and ensuring every project exceeds expectations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on storytelling, excels in fast-paced environments, and has a proven ability to deliver compelling visual content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project briefs, define the Tone of Voice, and design content strategies, including publishing schedules, format guidelines, and platform-specific approaches.
• Oversee the entire content production process, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
• Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure successful execution.
• Analyze market trends, competitor content, and audience insights to identify new content opportunities and test innovative formats.
• Streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and output quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, discussing content strategies, production progress, and providing professional insights during regular check-ins.
• Adjust content strategies and production approaches in response to client feedback, evolving requirements, or market shifts.
• Build and lead a high-performing team from the ground up, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Implement ongoing professional development programs and best practices to continuously enhance team capabilities.
• Maintain and update content creation guidelines and knowledge bases to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments to support organizational goals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in content creation, preferably in entertainment or online media.
• Proven track record of managing external clients and delivering measurable results.
• Strategic thinker with experience in planning, developing, and implementing long-term content strategies.
• Deep understanding of audience interests and behaviors, with knowledge of trends across multiple social media platforms.
• Strong team management skills, including mentoring, motivation, and talent development.
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data to assess content performance and optimize processes.
• Proven ability to streamline operations and enhance productivity through process improvements.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, team members, and cross-functional partners.
• Flexible and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments and open to new approaches.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
