Your Job
As a CRM Consultant you will advise new and existing customers on both operative and strategic levels regarding the implementation of CRM solutions, including the newly developed Sales and Service Cloud products from SAP.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategically accompany customers from the pre‑sales phase, through solution design, to implementation in the project.
- Prepare the problem space with customers in workshops: document, analyse requirements, and transform them into innovative solutions.
- Support the configuration and adaption of CRM solutions such as SAP Sales / Service Cloud.
- Assist the development team in building integration scenarios for the CRM solution into the customer’s existing system landscape.
- Seek integrated solutions with other customer experience products and ERP systems.
Your Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience with CRM solutions such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, C4C, or similar.
- Strong business understanding of sales and service processes (lead to cash and ticket lifecycle).
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (minimum B2 levels).
- Strong intercultural competencies and a willingness to travel (approximately 15‑20% of your working time).
- Ability to break down complex issues and communicate them clearly (e.g., in customer training).
- Preferred: SAP Service or Sales Cloud certification or similar CRM certifications.

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. For legal reasons we disclose the minimum annual salary for full‑time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is €55,300 gross per year for this position.
