CRM Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

• Key user and primary contact for the maintenance, continuous optimization, and strategic development of our CRM system (CAS genesisWorld), particularly with regard to increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Responsibility for all marketing automation topics (automated marketing campaigns and their optimization, segmentation of target groups, and personalization of marketing content)
• Focus on sales support in the creation of sales reports and presentations, as well as support in lead generation and qualification

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial training or degree or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in working with CRM systems, ideally experience with genesisWorld
• High affinity for IT
• Analytical skills and ideally experience in data analysis
• Sales and customer-oriented mindset
• Proactive and independent work with high standards for your work results
• Very good German and English skills
