CRO Manager (m/f/x)

The CRO Manager is responsible for reducing our acquisition costs, increasing our conversion rates, and driving revenue growth per user. This includes optimizing our own portals and landing pages as well as those of our partners – across international markets and multiple product verticals.
You will work closely with our partner management, product, and operations teams to optimize value propositions, product positioning, landing pages, personalization, and overall content structure. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to the rapid growth of betterbusiness and our partners.
What You Will Do
Your daily responsibilities are divided into strategic and operational tasks.
Strategic responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust methodology for testing and data analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Take ownership of the testing roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Communicate insights and testing results to relevant teams to support product development and strategy.
Operational responsibilities
- Design experiments aligned with strategic objectives that generate actionable insights.
- Execute prioritized experiments based on business impact and resource allocation.
- Analyze conversion and close rates across channels and segments.
- Manage and maintain testing documentation.

Who You Are
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze data for decision-making.
- Experience with user research across different markets to analyze user behavior and preferences.
- Psychological understanding of user and consumer behavior in international markets.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Creative thinking in designing experiments and generating innovative solutions.
- Experience with marketing platforms and tools such as Tableau, A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely), Google Analytics, and Google Ads Manager is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Native or near-native German proficiency, plus very good English skills.
- High self-motivation and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, international team.

Hiring Process
