Position Overview

We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Sofia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding support and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across multiple channels.

Language: Croatian (Native) + English (B2)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work Model: On-site
Start Date: 2 February 2026
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 23:00 (shift based)
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00 (shift based)
Training:
- 3 weeks training + 1 week nesting (fully paid)

What You Will Do

Support customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Build strong knowledge of products and services to confidently answer customer questions.
Act like a problem-solver—gather information efficiently and deliver clear solutions.
Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style in every interaction.
Collaborate with colleagues, share ideas, and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture.

What You Bring

Native-level Croatian and at least B2 English (spoken & written).
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
Comfortable using MS Office.
Organized, precise, and able to multitask independently or within a team.

Gross Salary: 1,793.40 EUR
