Your Role

• Provide professional support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot common issues and guide users toward effective solutions
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

What You Bring

• Croatian: C2 level
• English: B2 level or higher
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Adaptability and team spirit in a multicultural environment
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
