Redstone Commodity Search are working with a well-established international shipping company that is expanding into the derivatives brokerage space looking for Derivatives Brokers to join their team in either London, Geneva, Dubai or Singapore.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Accurately execute derivatives trades while adhering to regulations and risk guidelines.
• Build strong client relationships, offering tailored advice and market insights.
• Monitor markets to identify trends and provide timely recommendations.
• Manage portfolio risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Onboard new clients, cross-sell products, and drive revenue growth.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Derivatives Broker.
• Proven success in a brokering or trading role within financial markets.
• Strong understanding of derivatives products (futures, options, swaps) and associated trading strategies.
• Proficiency in market analysis tools, quantitative skills, and understanding of risk management principles.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
• Transferable portfolio of business is advantageous.
• Role is in either London, Geneva, Dubai or Singapore.
