In this role, you'll be our user expert with an overview and empathy. As part of a team of motivated colleagues, you will work directly with our existing customers and support them in using our software; always with the aim of solving challenges sustainably. You report to the Team Lead Customer Support.
You have completed commercial training (e.g. as an office administrator or similar)
Advantageous: You have already gained relevant professional experience in social care institutions, e.g. as an administrative employee or as a care professional, and are familiar with billing procedures
Experience in telephone-based customer support
Ideally, you have experience working with software products (e.g. from the healthcare sector such as Swing, heimbas, etc.) or you have a general affinity for IT and the motivation to familiarize yourself with a software solution
You are characterized by a friendly, open, and reliable manner
You possess excellent communication skills
Business-fluent German skills, both spoken and written
This position is based at myneva Germany and relates to the Hamburg, Essen, Frankfurt and Freiburg locations (with mobile work option).
