About the Role

You'll sit at the intersection of technology, product strategy, and leadership, overseeing everything from core architecture decisions to the hiring and mentoring of world-class engineers.
This is a greenfield leadership opportunity - we're expanding rapidly and need someone with the foresight, technical acumen, and operational maturity to turn vision into execution.

What You'll Do

Define and execute the engineering and product roadmap, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams.

Build, scale, and inspire multidisciplinary engineering teams (backend, frontend, AI/ML, product).

Lead the integration and advancement of AI capabilities, from research to productization.

Establish robust engineering processes, ensuring scalability, reliability, and velocity.

Translate complex technical challenges into strategic business outcomes.

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record leading engineering or product organizations in high-growth tech environments.

Strong technical foundation across software architecture, AI/ML, and product development.

Experience building teams from the ground up - recruiting, mentoring, and scaling with intent.

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.

Passion for creating technologies that push boundaries and solve meaningful problems.

Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
