1&1 Mobilfunk GmbH, part of the 1&1 Group and United Internet AG, is building Europe's first fully virtualized, cloud‑native 5G network.

With around 150 employees and the backing of a listed telecom group, the company combines greenfield agility with industrial‑scale impact.

We are seeking an experienced technology executive with full end-to-end responsibility for network architecture, engineering, rollout, and operations — and who will serve as the CEO's primary technical and operational partner.
