**Das ist die Aufgabe*** In Geräteprojekten unterstützt du die Category Manager bei der Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung neuer Kochtechnologien aus kulinarischer Perspektive.* Du entwickelst eigenständig kundenzentrierten Culinary Content für Miele Geräte – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung.* Du koordinierst das weltweite Culinary Manager Netzwerk, organisierst die jährliche Culinary Conference sowie weitere Austauschformate und entwickelst Schulungsangebote rund um unsere Geräte.* Du planst und führst Kochveranstaltungen durch – von internen Trainings über Produktpräsentationen bis hin zu Messeauftritten.* Du analysierst Trends und Wettbewerber im Bereich Food, Cooking und Content und leitest daraus Impulse für Culinary Content und Produktentwicklung ab.* Du unterstützt bei Content-Produktionen sowie bei Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Rollout unserer Content-Plattform.**Das überzeugt uns****A****bout Your Workplace**Cooking is our passion. For our customers, recipes are the gateway to our appliances and their features.**Your Responsibilities*** In product development projects, you support Category Managers in evaluating and further developing new cooking technologies from a culinary perspective.* You independently create customer-centric culinary content for Miele appliances – from concept to execution.* You coordinate the global Culinary Manager network, organize the annual Culinary Conference as well as other exchange formats, and develop training concepts related to our appliances.* You plan and execute cooking events – ranging from internal trainings and product presentations to trade fair appearances.* You analyze trends and competitors in the areas of food, cooking, and content, and derive insights for culinary content and product development.* You support content productions as well as the maintenance, further development, and rollout of our content platform.**What we are looking for*** You have completed professional training as a chef and/or hold a degree in nutritional science (Oecotrophology) or a comparable field.* Ideally, you have experience in event organization or project management.* You are passionate about cooking and enjoy presenting content to an audience.* Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a high level of initiative set you apart.* Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Kochausbildung und/oder ein Studium im Bereich Oecotrophologie oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.* Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in der Organisation von Veranstaltungen oder im Projektmanagement mit.* Du begeisterst Menschen für das Thema Kochen und fühlst dich wohl dabei, Inhalte vor Publikum zu präsentieren.* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative zeichnen dich aus.* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.For more than 125 years, Miele has been a family-owned, family-run company.
