As our Customer Care Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring smooth communication between our clients and internal teams.
Your impact?
Through your proactive support and problem-solving skills, you'll help create a seamless customer journey. Your work will strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty, making interactions easier and more efficient for our clients.
You'll collaborate with colleagues from Sales, Logistics, and Technical Support and take ownership of handling inquiries, managing orders, and resolving issues promptly. By doing so, you'll help us move toward a more customer-centric and efficient future.
The position is initially fixed-term for one year, with the option of permanent employment.
