Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues
• Collect and tag customer feedback (VoC)
• Support customer journey mapping and research
• Track CX metrics like CSAT, NPS, and CES
• Assist with process improvements and documentation
• Collaborate with teams to share customer insights

Requirements

• Valid work permit in Germany
• English and Local language fluency C1
• Willing to learn IT support and similar roles in future
